Personal Training is 1 to 1 specialist coaching either in a gym setting, outdoor spaces or at your home. From the get go we look to put you at ease and we talk through together in a free consultation what it is you want from Personal Training.
It’s important to know that Personal Training is what you want it to be and it’s not us telling you what you must do. For example, if you don’t want your measurements and weight done then we won’t. It’s what you want it to be! We will guide you throughout your journey not just in our 1 to 1’s, but we’re always there to support you, whether that be nutritional or fitness/health related advice!
What to expect
The first session depending on your training experience will be mainly an opportunity for us to see your abilities. This will better inform us on the best training routines for you going forward. Our sessions typically last an hour including warm-up, main workout and cooldown. The workouts are always varied to keep exercise fun, but will be geared toward pushing you to achieve your goals.

The Gym
Spirit Health Club is a fully stocked gym, pool, spa area, and outdoor space. The gym is generally quiet making it perfect for those wanting to avoid busy or intimidating environments. Gym membership is not needed to have Personal Training, but will be available at a heavily reduced price.
